19th Hole Bar & Grill
About This Spot
Stepping into 19th Hole Bar & Grill feels like entering a beloved local hangout where the rhythm is unhurried, and the view gently pulls your attention outside to the calm flow of the Colorado River. There’s a familiar comfort in the air—a welcoming mix of easy conversation, quiet laughter, and the occasional clinking of glasses. It’s the kind of place where neighbors might gather after a round of golf, sharing stories over a table that overlooks the water, or where visitors unwind from the day’s adventures, finding a spot by a high top table to quietly savor the setting as much as their meal.
The atmosphere leans into a casual bar and grill vibe with an honest, unpretentious warmth. Inside, the space carries a slightly rustic, no-frills charm, which makes the arrival feel refreshingly genuine rather than polished or staged. It’s the kind of simplicity that invites you to relax, letting the bustling outside world fade just a little in favor of good company and a simple, satisfying meal.
Food here is a heartfelt balance between classic bar favorites and thoughtful touches that surprise a palate seeking more than just the expected. The offerings often come with familiar yet elevated flavors—crispy fried zucchini with a light, irresistible coating, or avocado tacos that echo the breezy spirit of Baja California. Even the staples like fish and chips or a well-crafted bloody mary seem to carry a story, showing care in their preparation and an understanding of what comfort food really means on a casual afternoon.
Whether you’re coming in for a midday break, taking in the half-price appetizers offered early in the day, or settling into an evening with friends, the 19th Hole fosters a down-to-earth experience. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness subtly shape the visit, striking a balance between professional and personal in a way that makes you feel seen without being overwhelmed.
All in all, 19th Hole Bar & Grill offers a quietly memorable stop where the simplicity of good food and genuine atmosphere blends with the peaceful backdrop of one of Needles’ most scenic corners. It’s a place that doesn’t shout for attention but invites you to return—whether for the friendly faces, the thoughtful flavors, or a moment’s pause beside the river.

5 stars all around. The wait staff is awesome. Thank you Brandi! She's awesome and makes the best bloody marys. Now, the food, for a small bar & grill some of their items are very gourmet and are so good. I tried breakfast, avocado toast, which is more like a breakfast bruschetta. Fish & chips has home made fries which are delicious. Avocado tacos taste like baja tacos. I can't say enough about this place. Such pleasant staff! It's a gem in Needles. I'm not a golfer, but I'll make a detour just to spend some time here and have a great lunch.

Great place. I found it on Google and we were very satisfied by the quality of the service and the food. The waitresses were so helpful and kind. The food was tasty. I took the Ceasar salad and loved it. I didnt know what to expect so this was a nice surprise.

Good food, people and view! Half price appetizers from 11am - 3pm. Had the fried green beans. Excellent. Crispy and not greasy. Also enjoyed the fish and chips. Again nice and crispy and not soggy.

Wouldn't have found this place on my own. Glad a local recommended it. Since it is located on the Colorado River, choose a high top table and you will have a view of the river. The appetizer of fried zucchini was by far the best I ever have had. The same coating was used on Bang Bang Shrimp. Light and delicious. Play a round of golf and take a break here.

Stopped due to the great reviews. And were they right! Our group of 4 had lunch, a variety of sandwiches - chicken sandwich and the unexpected thick cut bread was so good. Turkey melt also great! Fries seemed to be fresh cut. Everyone was really happy with their orders and raved about the pit stop for days. Indoor atmosphere was a bit surprising and off-putting, very bar like, but we sat and ate on the patio which was a great spot and overlooked the river. Would definitely recommend.
